My wife and I spend a 3 day get away at the Iron Lion Inn. It was a very memorable experience. The house was full of amazing art, character and charm. The rooms each had their own unique feel and look. The hosts were very interactive and informative about the house and shared their story of who they were and their accomplishments. At the same time I felt like we could enjoy our alone time and privacy when we wanted. The bed was VERY comfortable. Would highly recommend this place.
Nearby activities: Very close to Green lake. A must see!!
Walkability: We enjoyed taking very nice walks everyday.
Food & drinks: Walking distance to several shops and nice restaurants.
Noteworthy details: If you are into history , this house was built in 1830. Meticulously restored to its original beauty.

The Iron Lion was perfectly located for my visit to Central NY. Victoria was a friendly and attentive hostess. A lovely home, and the Sunday breakfast was delicious! From little touches like water and healthy snacks in the hallway to accomodating my celiac diet, she went out of her way to make our visit a pleasant one.

We stayed here in July and it was such a pleasant surprise! I did book our stay based on the location being so close to Greenlake State Park and it’s affordability for a B and B. Even though I read the wonderful reviews I was pretty blown away with this B and B.
This home is an art gallery and a true display of superb interior design.
The bedroom we stayed in was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in while traveling.
This was the first B and B I’ve stayed in and had no issues with artificial scents. I’m scent sensitive which can escalate with the use of artificial scents and chemicals in laundry detergents, house hold cleaners, candles, plugins etc. I mentioned to Victoria how nice it was to not have to deal with all the usual fake smells. She told me she purposely did not use any artificial scents or chemicals.
Staying here truly was a breath of fresh air. We loved walking to the local coffee shop, dinner spots and cool thrift stores. This would be my top choice for B and B every time I’m in the area.​

If you are looking for a beautiful place that delights the senses, I recommend The Iron Lion Inn. I delighted in the creative decor, with original frescos and canvas art, the light, bright, colorful and clean interior and fresh, delicious, healthful food accompanied by music, with hosts that go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Such excellent attention to detail! elegant toiletries, comfortable bed linens and towels, clear and gracious communication, glasses with dents to making them easy to hold, snacks. My stay exceeded my expectations.

My stay at the Iron Lion was really wonderful. Everyone there was an absolute pleasure. The Inn itself was very charming and all the murals and paintings were amazing to look at. It felt like a home away from home, to me. There are fun little restaurants a half block away and uber/lyft services are always available with pretty short wait times (in my experience). I'd give the Iron Lion 6 stars if I could. I will absolutely stay at the Iron Lion again next time I find myself in the Syracuse area. Can't recommend it enough.

Hands down a top favorite on Airbnb! Victoria, Andre, and Nik were gracious, cultured, yet down-to-earth hosts. Victoria’s attentive communication and flexibility were very much appreciated. What you see is what you get, and more: beautiful, creative art, character, and comfort in this gorgeous home during my stay in "The Crow's Nest."This quaint town in Central NY is beautiful, safe, and easily accessible to a range of interests and activities likely very suitable for all.

Moscow nights B&B is a peaceful getaway that you’ll never want to leave. My mom and I stayed three nights here to explore Green Lakes State Park and we were immediately charmed by the lovely family of hosts. Their hospitality and friendliness would win over anyone. They are more than accommodating and make you feel at home. They make a delicious mediterranean breakfast for their guests on Sundays with fresh eggs and herbs from their garden. We especially enjoyed browsing the artwork hung on most walls of the lavishly renovated home, lounging in the beautiful backyard near the flower-filled garden and friendly chickens, and chatting with Andre, Victoria, and Nikolai. I highly recommend spending a few nights at Moscow nights for a refreshing and relaxing vacation.

Moscow Nights rooms were lovely and spacious. The host went to great lengths to make the home feel welcoming, such as the morning coffee, soaps, waters and other sundries that serve to delight the weary traveler. The lighting system in the halls, which could be illuminated via remote control, was also a clever touch!

I love this home for all of the unique paintings and quality furnishings that adorn it. You can tell instantly that the hosts not only have a design eye, but that they know quality when they see it. This home has "good bones" as I've heard said before, as it's full of beautiful wood floors and trim and all of the doors and windows and hardware are built to last. I enjoyed being amongst the antiques but feeling the fresh openness of an updated design within the spaces. It's well balanced in that department and has sort of a Scandinavian feel to it.. Go see for yourself!

Victoria and Andre were such great hosts! The room is clean and cozy. But the best part of their home is the beautiful artwork. I highly recommend the space - or any of the other spaces - and I would definitely stay here again.

First I want to say the hospitality is outstanding. Victoria made me feel like I lived there. After finding my room and talking with Andre about the house and charming character it has, Victoria offered me coffee and the three of us had such a great conversation for a couple hours. This was my first visit to a Bed and Breakfast and it totally was an amazing experience. I would recommend staying if you're ever in the area. Clean, spacious, and spark up conversation. You won't be disappointed.

My friend and I had the loveliest night at Moscow Nights! We stayed one night as we had a wedding nearby and this was an amazing alternative to the hotels our friends had pre-booked for guests. First, Victoria was very flexible and we were able to check in a bit earlier to have enough time to get ready for the wedding. Second, the room and bed were both beautiful and very comfortable! Third, the house itself has so many interesting paintings, murals and stories. Finally, both hosts were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home. The morning after the wedding we really enjoyed having a cup of coffee in the kitchen and learning more about the history and the home :)

We had the best time ever. Moscow Nights was everything we expected and more, from the second we arrived! We laughed, exchanged stories, learned a little about history, and a lot about our host and hostess! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the amenities made it all even more enjoyable. The home was within walking distance of restaurants. I slept wonderfully on the mattress, and felt so relaxed and rested when I awoke. Victoria and Andre opened up their home to us, and spent time with us that made the whole stay so enjoyable. They are extremely gracious people, who I now consider friends. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything about Moscow Nights was lovely. We booked for two nights but were only able to stay for one because of work obligations and a bout of spring snow that forced us home early, & I must admit I feel cheated. I desperately wish we could have stayed the second night. Between the hospitality, their furry mascots & the gorgeous amenities, we will absolutely be booking here in the future! You would be crazy to pass on this booking if they actually have vacancies!
